The atlas includes up to 8 strongest incoming connections per positioned neuron, from other positioned neurons: 1,116,629 links in total. Network view draws up to the selected limit (3,000 to 100,000), strongest first. Group filters can reduce the number shown.
Strength is the number of contacts between two neurons. Incoming connection counts refer to the full source graph. Colors identify neuron groups. Coordinates retain their original proportions. Orbit rotates the camera; neural activity is not simulated.
